Order Fulfillment
Once your order has been placed, please allow up to one week for your order to be shipped. This timeline may vary and is subject to change.

Shipping
All orders within the United States are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking number included.

Returns
Returns will only be accepted if the item purchased does not match the description on your receipt, or if there is a functional defect due to the crafting process that prohibits use. Returned item must be unused, and in the original condition received. Refunds will only be issued once the item has been returned and inspected. Shipping costs are unable to be refunded. Items should be returned to the address listed on the original packaging.

Order Cancellation Policy
For any custom orders or items that require personalization, cancellations can only be accepted until the work has begun.

Craftsmanship Guarantee
Each of our products are backed by a lifetime craftsmanship guarantee and support policy. Due to the fact that each of our products are custom made using unique materials, if a problem arises, there is no one size fits all solution. We take great pride in our work, and we hope that you do as well, so we will always be happy to provide support when it is needed.
